An Englishman in New York, sound familiar? I’m a portrait photographer who collaborates with businesses and professionals to create honest and effective portraits. I work with a range of publications and clients – and am proud of the enduring relationships I have created with many large corporate clients – who invite me into their board rooms to collaborate – and who trust me to create consistent and polished portraits of their executives, board members and staff.
I became a portrait photographer in 2002 and was a digital evangelist for Hasselblad, traveling the world to promote professional digital photography before we had iPhones.
I have photographed a vast range of people – both well-known and not – and have had what you might call a “varied” career: from bouncing around in helicopters with the French Foreign Legion in Africa, to photographing 300 naked people for charity. I haven’t exactly seen it all, but I’ve seen a lot.
As a Senior Relationship Manager at one of the top five wall street firms, with 15+ years of marketing experience in the investment banking industry, I pursued a dream to build a business of my own in 2009 by creating Figjam Photo.
I joined forces with celebrity photographer Francis Hills – and by incorporating my valuable marketing and business development skills with his exceptional talent – built a fine portraiture business for executives and professionals across all industries.
At a time when business is being conducted at a distance, the value of pitch-perfect corporate photography has never been higher. Figjam Photo offers a personal experience for professional portraits and headshots that communicate your brand’s unique personality.
